Roshni – Education and skill Development

Charity Australia International’s Roshni Project is a comprehensive education and empowerment initiative designed to uplift individuals and families through access to learning, skills, and opportunity. The project supports communities at multiple stages of development — from elementary education to postgraduate scholarships, and from vocational IT training to women’s skill development. By investing in education and practical skills, the Roshni Project helps break cycles of poverty and enables individuals to build stable, independent futures with dignity and confidence.
Through this program, Charity Australia supports Baithak Schools that provide elementary education to children who would otherwise have limited access to schooling, while also offering postgraduate scholarships to deserving students pursuing higher education so they can become future professionals and community leaders. Charity Australia is also contributing in revolutionary  Bano Qabil vocational IT training program, equipping youth with in-demand digital and technical skills, alongside women’s vocational skill development initiatives that help women gain income-generating abilities and strengthen their role within their households and communities. Together, these initiatives create a pathway from basic education to professional and economic empowerment.
